The Premier Elite 24 Polymer is built for smaller systems where a Grade 2 panel is the right fit. It gives installers the flexibility of the Premier Elite range in a compact polymer enclosure, making it useful for clean installs in homes, apartments, shops and small business premises.

It is a strong option when the customer needs a proper Texecom alarm system, but the site does not call for Grade 3 compliance. No oversized panel. No unnecessary specification. Just the right level of control for the job.

Built for clean, practical installs

The panel starts with 8 zones and can expand up to 24, giving installers enough room for most smaller systems. The 2 areas can be used to split a property into separate sections, such as a home and garage, a shop and stockroom, or an office and back room.

It works with compatible Premier Elite keypads, expanders and peripherals, so the system can be shaped around the building instead of making the building work around the system.

There is support for wired devices and Ricochet® mesh technology wireless expansion too, which is useful when running cable is awkward, messy or not worth the disruption.

Ready for Texecom digital services

When connected through SmartCom or SmartCom 4G, the Premier Elite 24 Polymer can work with Texecom Cloud, Texecom Monitor and Texecom Connect.

That gives installers useful options for remote diagnostics, upload and download, system checks and ongoing maintenance. End users can also manage day-to-day control through the Texecom Connect app where the system has been set up for it.

The panel is compatible with Wintex Software, so engineers can programme, commission and back up systems using a familiar Texecom workflow.

When the Premier Elite 24 Polymer makes sense

The Premier Elite 24 Polymer is best suited to smaller Grade 2 systems where the priority is a clean installation, simple day-to-day use and reliable professional protection.

It is a strong fit for homes, apartments, small offices, independent shops and light commercial premises. For higher-risk sites that need Grade 3 compliance, the standard Premier Elite 24 is the better choice. For larger systems with more zones or areas, the Premier Elite 48, 88, 168 or 640 may be more suitable.
