The Premier Elite 168 is a high-capacity Grade 3 control panel for larger professional systems that need more scale, more partitioning and stronger assurance.
It is built for commercial buildings, education sites, healthcare settings, infrastructure-style environments and multi-area premises where the system needs to support a more complex security brief.
With up to 168 zones, 16 areas and support for Texecom digital services, it gives installers a serious control platform before the project reaches full Premier Elite 640 scale.

Premier Elite 168
For larger sites with more structure
The Premier Elite 168 is designed for sites where the alarm system needs to mirror the way the organisation works.
Different departments, restricted spaces, plant rooms, storage areas, external buildings and varied operating hours can all add complexity. The Premier Elite 168 gives installers enough capacity and area control to design around that complexity, rather than trimming the system to fit a smaller panel.
The high-capacity step before 640
This panel sits between the mid-sized Premier Elite 88 and the top-capacity Premier Elite 640.
That makes it useful when the site needs serious expansion and 16 areas, but not the full 640-zone platform. It gives installers a strong middle route for larger systems where scale matters, but overspecification still needs to be avoided.
Built for demanding specifications
The Premier Elite 168 is Grade 3 certified and sits within Texecom’s higher-security Premier Elite range. It is also connected with NPSA approved product documentation, formerly linked to CPNI approval, where the correct assured configuration requirements are followed.
That gives consultants, installers and procurement teams a clearer route when the project has higher compliance or assurance expectations.
Connected support for bigger systems
When connected through SmartCom or SmartCom 4G, the Premier Elite 168 can work with Texecom Cloud, Texecom Monitor and Texecom Connect.
This supports remote diagnostics, upload and download, connected management and long-term system visibility. The panel also works with Wintex Software, giving engineers familiar tools for programming, commissioning and backup.
When the Premier Elite 168 makes sense
The Premier Elite 168 is the right choice when the site needs more capacity than the Premier Elite 88, but does not require the maximum scale of the Premier Elite 640.
It gives installers a high-capacity Grade 3 panel for complex sites where area control, user management and future expansion all matter.
