Grade 3 detection for demanding wall mount positions

Capture A20 is built for locations where a standard Grade 2 detector may not be the right fit.

It is useful in higher-risk commercial sites, valuable internal areas, restricted spaces and environments where the detector needs to stand up to more demanding specifications. The combination of quad PIR sensing and microwave detection gives installers a stronger detection layer for areas where stability matters.

Dual technology with anti-masking protection

The main reason to choose Capture A20 is not just extra range. It is the combination of detection technologies and Grade 3 anti-masking capability.

The quad element pyro provides PIR detection, while K-band microwave adds an additional layer of confirmation. CloakWise mode helps where there is a concern about intruders trying to avoid detection, and Low Sensitivity mode gives installers more control where the environment needs a calmer setup.

Built for installers who need fewer return visits

A stronger detector specification is only valuable if it helps the system behave properly after handover.

Capture A20 is designed for locations where false alarms, unstable detection or masking concerns would create problems for both the installer and the customer. Correct placement and commissioning still matter, but the detector gives engineers a more suitable tool for tougher spaces.

When Capture A20 makes sense

Capture A20 is the right choice when the project needs Grade 3 wall mount dual technology detection.

If the site only needs standard Grade 2 PIR coverage, Capture P15 or Capture Q20 may be enough. If the environment is challenging but Grade 2 is suitable, Capture D20 may be the better fit.
