Wireless ceiling coverage for finished spaces

Capture CQ-W is useful when the best detector position is on the ceiling but the building is already finished.

It gives installers a way to protect open areas, entrance spaces, offices and circulation zones without adding visible cable routes that weaken the final finish.

A cleaner route for upgrades

On retrofit work, the easiest cable route is rarely the best detection position.

Capture CQ-W helps installers avoid that compromise. It can be placed where the 360 degree pattern makes sense, while keeping disruption low for the customer.

For suitable PIR environments

CQ-W is a quad PIR detector, so it should be specified where the environment is suitable for PIR detection.

If the space has stronger environmental challenges or needs more detection mode flexibility, Capture CD-W may be a better fit. The wireless format solves installation disruption, not every room condition.

When Capture CQ-W makes sense

Capture CQ-W is the right choice when the site needs wireless ceiling mount PIR detection.

If the ceiling position can be wired cleanly, Capture CQ may be the better option. If the site requires a more resilient ceiling detector, Capture CD-W should be considered.
