Built for areas that challenge standard PIRs

Capture D20 is the detector to choose when the room is not as predictable as a normal office or lounge.

Air movement, heating changes, light industrial activity, exposed areas and mixed-use spaces can all make standard PIR detection harder to keep stable. D20 gives installers a dual technology option for those jobs.

PIR and microwave working together

The detector combines quad pyro sensing with K-band microwave detection.

That additional microwave channel helps the detector make a more informed decision before signalling an alarm. It is not about making the system complicated. It is about choosing the right detector for the environment.

Flexible modes for the job

Dual Tech, PetWise and CloakWise modes give installers more control over how the detector behaves.

This is useful when the same detector family needs to cover different room types across a site. The mode should be selected around the space, the risk and the likely causes of unwanted activations.

When Capture D20 makes sense

Capture D20 is the right choice when the site needs Grade 2 dual technology detection in a challenging internal area.

If the room is simple, Capture P15 or Q20 may be enough. If cabling is not practical, Capture D20-W provides the wireless dual technology option. If Grade 3 is required, Capture A20 is the higher-grade wall mount option.
