Capture P15-W is useful when the right detector position is not the easiest cable route.

On upgrades and takeovers, that matters. Finished plaster, decorated interiors, extensions and customer expectations can all make new cable runs harder than they need to be. P15-W lets installers place the detector where it should go, not just where the wiring is convenient.

A wireless option for standard spaces

This is not the model for every difficult room. It is the wireless option for standard Grade 2 PIR coverage.

It suits predictable indoor areas where the main challenge is installation access rather than the environment. If the room itself is difficult, the detector choice may need to change, not just the wiring method.

Ricochet wireless flexibility

Capture P15-W uses Ricochet wireless mesh technology, giving installers a professional wireless route within compatible systems.

That makes it useful where a clean finish matters and surface trunking would weaken the final installation. It is especially relevant in lived-in homes, small offices and retail spaces that need minimal disruption.

When Capture P15-W makes sense

Capture P15-W is the right choice when the site needs standard wireless PIR detection.

If the space needs quad PIR detection, choose Capture Q20-W. If the environment is more challenging, Capture D20-W may be a better fit. If pets are part of the brief, Capture PET-W should be considered.
