SmartCom 4G
SmartCom 4G adds cellular connectivity to compatible Premier Elite systems.
It can be used as a single path 4G communicator where local internet is not available, or as a dual path communicator alongside Ethernet or Wi-Fi. That gives installers a cleaner route for sites where the network is not ready, not reliable or not the best option.
With an on-board eSIM, Texecom Cloud subscription support and optional external antenna, SmartCom 4G is built for connected systems that need cellular resilience.

SmartCom 4G
4G when the network is not ready
New commercial sites often do not have the local network ready when the security system needs to be commissioned.
SmartCom 4G gives installers a route forward. Single path 4G can be used without additional network infrastructure, helping the system connect without waiting on site IT.
Dual path where resilience matters
SmartCom 4G can also be used with Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
That gives the system a local network path with 4G continuity when the network or ISP becomes unavailable. It keeps the connection plan more robust without overcomplicating the install.
On-board eSIM
The on-board eSIM supports global roaming access and service subscription through Texecom Cloud.
That reduces separate SIM management and keeps the connectivity workflow within the Texecom system.
When SmartCom 4G makes sense
Use SmartCom 4G when the site needs cellular connectivity, dual path resilience or a working connection before the local network is ready.
If Ethernet or Wi-Fi is enough, SmartCom may be the better fit. If the panel is from another manufacturer and uses digital outputs, look at SmartCom Pro, SmartCom Pro 4G or SmartCom Pro DR.
