SmartCom Pro
SmartCom Pro is a universal alarm communicator for takeovers and upgrades.
It is designed for panels with digital outputs, including legacy and non-Texecom systems where the brief is to modernise signalling without replacing the control panel.
With Ethernet or Wi-Fi connectivity, SP2 signalling, 10 configurable inputs and 4 configurable outputs, it gives installers a direct way to move older systems onto modern IP signalling.

SmartCom Pro
Modern signalling without replacing the panel
Not every takeover needs a new control panel.
SmartCom Pro is built for jobs where the existing panel still has a role, but the signalling needs to be modernised. If the panel provides digital outputs, SmartCom Pro can provide a route to alarm signalling through Texecom Monitor.
Built for legacy upgrades
SmartCom Pro is useful where older analogue signalling needs replacing.
It helps installers turn a repair or takeover into a connected upgrade, without forcing the disruption and cost of a full panel replacement.
Configurable inputs and outputs
The 10 configurable inputs allow event mapping from the panel.
The 4 configurable outputs can support reporting and integration requirements, depending on the system design. That gives installers more than a basic communicator path.
When SmartCom Pro makes sense
Use SmartCom Pro when the site needs IP signalling from a panel with digital outputs and a single path network connection is suitable.
If the site needs 4G resilience, use SmartCom Pro 4G. If the requirement is dual radio cellular performance, SmartCom Pro DR is the stronger fit.
