SmartCom Pro 4G
SmartCom Pro 4G is a dual path alarm communicator for panels with digital outputs.
It is designed for takeovers, upgrades and non-Texecom panels where the system needs alarm signalling through both a local network path and 4G. That gives installers a stronger signalling route without replacing the existing panel.
With Ethernet or Wi-Fi plus 4G, SP2 and DP1 to DP4 signalling categories, 10 configurable inputs and 4 outputs, it gives installers a flexible communicator for more resilient signalling.

Dual path for stronger continuity
SmartCom Pro 4G is built for sites where one signalling path is not enough.
Ethernet or Wi-Fi provides the local network route. 4G provides cellular resilience. That gives installers more flexibility when the system needs continuity beyond a single connection path.
Built for takeovers and upgrades
The product is designed for alarm signalling from panels with digital outputs.
That makes it a good fit for takeovers where the panel does not need replacing, but the signalling path needs to be improved.
Configurable for real systems
The 10 configurable inputs allow events to be mapped from the panel.
The 4 configurable outputs can support integration and reporting requirements, depending on the design. The 11 to 30V operating range also gives flexibility across suitable security and fire applications.
When SmartCom Pro 4G makes sense
Use SmartCom Pro 4G when the site needs dual path signalling from a panel with digital outputs.
If single path IP is enough, SmartCom Pro may be the better fit. If dual radio cellular performance is the requirement, SmartCom Pro DR should be considered.
