LR50-W is a strong option for corridor upgrades, larger buildings, takeovers and sites where the long route was not properly protected by the previous system.

It allows installers to improve the detection plan without treating the building like a first fix project.

This is important because corridors can create their own problems. Airflow, doors, temperature movement and people moving close to the detector can all affect performance if the detector is not set up carefully.

When Capture LR50-W makes sense

Capture LR50-W is the right choice when the site needs wireless long range detection.

If the long route can be wired cleanly, Capture LR50 may be better. If the space is a normal room rather than a corridor or long route, choose a standard detector such as P15-W, Q20-W or D20-W.
