It is built for takeovers and upgrades where cellular performance matters and the existing panel provides digital outputs. It gives installers a clean way to modernise signalling without replacing the control panel.
With dual radio 4G, DP2 or DP3 categories, 10 configurable inputs and 4 configurable outputs, it is designed for sites where stable cellular signalling is the priority.

It intelligently selects the two best available network operators in the area, supporting a stronger and more stable connection for alarm signalling.
Built for panels with digital outputs
SmartCom Pro DR is designed to take event signals from panels with digital outputs.
That makes it useful on takeovers, upgrades and legacy systems where the panel can remain in place, but the signalling needs to be improved.
Designed for security and fire signalling
The 11 to 30V operating range makes it suitable for security or fire systems where the signalling design allows.
The configurable inputs and outputs support event mapping and integration requirements, depending on the panel and site design.
When SmartCom Pro DR makes sense
Use SmartCom Pro DR when the site needs dual radio 4G signalling with DP2 or DP3 requirements.
If the site needs Ethernet or Wi-Fi plus 4G, SmartCom Pro 4G is the better fit. If single path IP is enough, SmartCom Pro may be suitable
